It took weeks of planning and resurrection of everything I could remember from trig classes to figure out the angles.

I started with the base and leading panel, then the top (with holes already cut using a jigsaw) and finally attached the ends.

 

All joining surfaces were heavily glued and stainless steel wood screws used every 3 or so inches.

Getting the wiring into the bass box involved purchase of ye basic screw type speaker posts which I then filled with silicon and overlaid a small section of 3 ply.

The pins are hiding under the socket while pressure is applied during gluing.
